Manske, Robert age 93 of Brookfield, Connecticut, formerly of Minneapolis, passed away April 3. He was preceded in death by his brother Bill and sister Joy. He is survived by his daughter Connie (Bruce) and grandchildren Katie (Lauren), Kevin (Marina) and Joe; as well as great grandchildren Quinn and Charlotte. He was an enthusiastic Southwest High school athlete and tried to never miss a high school reunion. He spent Christmas holidays sorting mail at the post office while singing with co-workers to make the day go faster. After two years in the Navy he earned an engineering degree from the University of MN. He worked in the medical supply industry starting at 3M in France, where he developed a love of travel. He believed in running every day and never eating dinner before 9 pm. He was happiest when he had a lake view. He loved country music, skiing, traveling, photography and late nights with brother Bill. We will miss him! Memorials to Mt. Olivet Lutheran Church or Minneapolis Parks.
