Clark, Neil M. Age 95, of St. Louis Park, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 19, 2020. A true gentleman, Neil loved being with his family and caregivers. He was preceded in death by his wife Frances and his granddaughter Angela. He is survived by his 2 daughters, Diane Miller (Kelvin) and Nancy Shaeffer (Rick). His grandchildren, Ann Marie Winskowski (Luke), John Shaeffer (Brenna), and Katie Newgard (Greg) always brought him joy. Neil was also loved by his 7 great-grandchildren ranging in age from 1 to 8 years old. Neil, a graduate of the University of Minnesota in mechanical engineering, was president and founder of Techpower Inc. He was honored by the U of M's Engineering Department for his participation and support of their Solar Vehicle Project. Private family memorial service held March 20th and interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Please, no flowers. Memorials sent to the family will be forwarded to support the U of M Solar Vehicle Project. The family would like to thank his personal caregivers for their compassionate care over the years.
