James K. Martin

Martin, James K. age 89 of Plymouth, went home to be with his Lord on 01/18/2020. Graduate of Northwestern College with a degree in Music and Education. He loved watching sports, birds and listening to music. Member of Fourth Baptist Church, Plymouth. Preceded in death by his loving wife, Virginia; parents, Clarence and Lula Martin; and brother, Jerry Martin. Survived by 6 children, Merily (Robert) Nelson, James (Charlotte) Martin, Daniel (Robin) Martin, Jill (Grant) Willett, Ginny (Stephen) DeNeui, Karen (Mark) DuVal; 22 grandchildren; 17 great- grandchildren; siblings, W. Ralph Martin, Shirley Drury, Carol Carls, and David Martin; nieces, nephews, church family, and friends. Service Monday 1/27/2020 at 11 AM with visitation one hour prior at Fourth Baptist Church (fourthbaptist.org), 900 Forestview Ln. N., Plymouth, MN 55441. Interment, Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
