Kirk, Harriet Corrine (Rollins) born on January 10, 1923 in Menominee, WI, died on October 19, 2019 in Richfield, MN. Harriet was the oldest of 4 children born to Charles Albert Rollins and Grace Harriet (Wheaton) Rollins. The family moved to Caledonia, MN. Harriet was Valedictorian of her Caledonia HS Class of 1941 and a member of the National Honor Society. She attended Winona State College and graduated from the University of Minnesota. She married Warren K. Kirk on March 20, 1948 and they lived in Minneapolis until building a house in Richfield in 1951, where they raised their family of 3 children. Harriet was employed as a medical lab technologist with Fairview Hospitals for many years. She was an active member of Richfield United Methodist Church, their Women's Circles, and volunteered for preparing meals at numerous events. Harriet enjoyed many social activities with other close families on the block. Leisure time was spent on camping trips out west and Door County, WI, and winter trips to Hawaii. She liked bridge, skiing, golfing, and played tennis into her 80's. Her last few years were spent in the loving care of her family and caretakers in her home, as Alzheimer's took its toll on her daily activities. Harriet was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, 2 brothers Charles Arvid Rollins and Marvin Rollins. She is survived by her 3 children George Randall Kirk (Lori), Cynthia Marie Kirk, and Thomas Alan Kirk (Jill); 5 grandchildren Peter Skurdalsvold (Melissa), Molly Lloyd (Tyson), Kerry Kirk, and Kevin Kirk, Danielle Ponzini (Matt); and 6 great-grandchildren Adeline Lloyd, William Lloyd, Journey Kirk, Grace, Ethan and Michael Skurdals-vold, and a brother Henry Morris Rollins.
