Parrott, Franklin Pierce Age 78, passed away peacefully at Our Lady of Peace Home in West St. Paul, MN on Aug. 7, 2019. Preceded in death by his parents Harvey and Bertha; brothers Bill & Harvey; sisters Verna (Hauge), Shirley (Saleck), Barbra (Swenson). Survived by his wife, Janice; children, Mike (Paulette), Julie, David, and many nieces, nephews and friends. He was a graduate of South High School and a lifelong south-sider who spent his career working at Data Card Corporation in Minnetonka. He served in the US Army and was a member of the American Legion. He spent many enjoyable summers with Jan and friends at their lake camper at the Bug Bee Campground on Lake Koronis. He also enjoyed sports, playing cards, crossword puzzles, and watching TV. Celebration of Life to be held Sat. Sept. 7th from Noon 4:00PM at the American Legion Post 435, 6501 Portland Ave, Richfield, MN 55423. Memorials to donor's choice. Funeral service at Fort Snelling on Mon. Sept. 9 at 10:45 a.m.
