Anderson, JoAnn M. age 84, of Maple Grove, born and raised in North Dakota. She retired from the finance department of the City of Maple Grove after many years. Preceded in death by her husband, LeRoy; parents, Beatrice & Alfred Lord; and son-in-law, Roland Windsperger. Survived by her children, Sandra Windsperger (John), Karla Elder, and James Anderson; grandchildren, Crissy (Kevin) Mullen, Candice Johnson, and Gerald (Kelli) Elder; great grandchildren, Ayva, Brody, and Liam; sister, Lana Seher (Richard Mooney); and other relatives and friends.
