Hall, Billie William Age 68, of Bloomington passed away January 1. Preceded in death by parents, Hosie William and Mary Lou (Richardson), siblings Grace and Carnell. A lifetime learner, he holds a Bachelor's degree from Moorhead State University, and Master's from University of MN and University of St. Thomas. He was a long term educator in the Twin Cities area. After his retirement, he continued to work as a substitute teacher and private tutor. Loved by wife Karen (Heule), sons Joseph Hall (Katie) and Billy Hill (Nova), 5 brothers, sister and large extended family. Funeral service Tuesday at 11:00 am followed by a luncheon at St Michael's Lutheran Church, 9201 Normandale Blvd., Bloomington. Visitation Monday 5:00-7:00 pm at Washburn-McReavy, Bloomington Chapel, 2300 Old Shakopee Rd., Bloomington and 10-11 am Tuesday at St. Michael's Lutheran Church. Interment at Crystal Lake Cemetery with family immediately following.
