Johnson, Jay M. Age 81, of Brooklyn Park, passed away at home, surrounded by his family, on Oct. 19th, 2018. Preceded in death by his three children, JaVayne, Theresa, and Kevin. He will be deeply missed by his wife of 54 years, Linda (Lynnes); children, John, Rochelle; grandchildren, Angela, Jeremy (Kari), Joshua, Tyler; 3 great grandchildren; many relatives and good friends.
