Reiser, George Alois Age 83, of Buffalo, MN (formerly of Long Lake, & Albertville MN), passed away August 31, 2018. Survived by children Kim (Nick) Dingmann, Kevin (Kara), Karla Reiser, 6 grand children and 3 great grand-children. George was preceded in death by his wife of 56 years, Jean, his parents William & Eleanor and brother Gerald. George, born July 22, 1935, married the love of his life, Jean Courtney on April 16, 1955. Together they spent time at their lake home on Big Elk Lake and later in life in Mesa, AZ. George retired from Scherer Brothers Lumber, where he worked with his son, son-in-law and other friends and family. George loved his softball team from Palmas Del Sol, fishing up north, enjoyed bon fires with his grandkids and facetiming his family members. He also loved cooking, especially making soup. George's family would like to send a special thanks to Cottagewood of Buffalo, St. Benedict's Senior Community of Monticello and St. Croix Hospice for the loving care. Mass of Christian Burial 11:00 AM Monday Sept. 17 with visitation 1 hour prior to service all at Holy Name of Jesus catholic Church, 155 County Rd 24, Wayzata. Interment Church Cemetery.
