Linz, Mary Hubbard concluded a lifetime of loving service on April 25th when she died of complications from Parkinson's Disease at age 78 in her home near Stacy with her devoted husband of 37 years, Mark at her side. Born in St. Paul in 1940, Mary attended Our Lady of Peace High School, the College of St. Catherine and Cardinal Stritch College. She received her Ph.D from the University of Minnesota and worked as a special education administrator for the St. Paul, Minneapolis and Elk River School Districts. Mary will always be remembered as a woman who used her loving faith as a catalyst for action, an author and articulate Tostmaster who was warm, smart, generous and a funny inspiration to friends, family and co- workers. She is preceded in death by her sister, Ann Linz and is survived by her husband Mark, son Adam and her Hubbard siblings, Claudia Tuma, Katy, Miles (Margaret), Patrick, Tom (Julie Kardachi) and Rob (Sosan Theresa Flynn) as well as many nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial 11 am Wednesday, May 2nd at St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church in North Branch. Visitation one hour prior to mass at church on Wed. Family interment Ft.
