Patricia O'Dougherty

O'Dougherty, Patricia age 98, raised in LaMoure, North Dakota, resident of Minneapolis, passed away peacefully March 14, 2018. Patricia received her Bachelor's degree from the College of St. Benedict in St. Joseph, MN and worked for many years as a social worker with the Hennepin County Department of Family Services. She actively participated in the DFL and AAUW. Patricia is preceded in death by parents, Eugene and Margaret, sisters, Mabel and Phyllis, husband, James Aquinas and daughter, Mary Ann. She is survived by her sister Donna, children Patrick, Michael and family, Margaret and family, Maureen and family, and numerous nieces and nephews. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Annunciation Church (509 West 54th Street, Minneapolis, MN 55419, 612-824-0787) Thursday, March 22 at 11:00 a.m., with visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. The Rite of Committal will take place at Fort Snelling following the service and luncheon. Donations may be made to The Dorothy Day Center of St. Paul, MN.
