Bernice Avenell Wenzel

Wenzel, Bernice Avenell age 98, formerly of Columbia Heights, passed away Sunday, January 14, 2018 in Esko, MN. Preceded in death by husband, Ralph Wenzel. Survived by sister, Joyce Lattu; also many nieces and nephews. Bernice was a June 1937 graduate of Vocational High School. She attended Mpls School of Art & Design. Retired after 27 years with Honeywell, then joined their travel club to help plan trips for their employees. A member and volunteer at the American Swedish Institute, where she photographed all the archives and recorded items. Member of the Photographic Society of America and North Metro Camera Club. A world traveler and member of Andover 7th Day Adventist Church. She will be lovingly missed by her family and friends.
