Northwest Warms

Chilly weather gained control of the weather in the Northwest about 5 daysago, and it will persist in the Northwest through the middle of the week. OnFriday however, a warming trend is expected from Oregon into British Columbiawhere the powerful May sun will help boost temperatures into the 60s.The dry weather won't last very long. Rain is forecast to move into thispart of western North America later Saturday and Sunday.
