I fail to understand how Gold’n Plump did anything wrong by “requiring Muslim applicants for work to sign a 'pork acknowledgement form,’ in which they agreed to handle pork products” (“Somalis win prayer case at Gold’n Plump,” Sept. 10). If this is an integral part of the job and the applicant is not willing to perform it, then that person should look for a job somewhere else. Seems to me Gold’n Plump was being very forthright in asking for this signed form. Another lawsuit that was a waste of money and another example in a long list of actions that are going to bring this nation down.
