April 22, 2009 at 12:30PM

High pressure stretching over western Europe will cut off any Atlanticstorms for another two to three days. The outcome will be plenty of warm, or atleast mild, weather for much of the United Kingdom, France, the Low Countries,Spain and Portugal. In England, highest temperatures, bolstered by sunshine, will reach at least70 degrees on Thursday; western France will see at least 75 degrees.

Beginning on Friday, the high will pull away to the east allowing unsettledweather to spread into Europe from the west.
