A B1 story Wednesday on a Minnesota Appeals Court ruling to overturn a DWI conviction incorrectly attributed a paraphrased quote. Todd Trahan said that had a deputy administered a breath test to him when he was stopped, taxpayers would have been saved a lot of money fighting him in court.
