The thought of consuming nothing but the juice of fruits and vegetables terrifies some people. But the promise of more energy, weight loss and a glowing complexion has believers hungry for juicing's much ballyhooed all-natural nutrients. Nowhere is the fan base more rabid (and stylish) than at Truce. The Uptown shop is as sleek and stripped down as the drinks it pumps from its cold-press masticating juicer. The owners offer about a half dozen bottled varieties, from "Beginners Greens" (kale, spinach, cucumber, apple, lemon) to "Hardcore Greens" (includes chard, celery, parsley). Plus everything in between (try the "Vacay" — it's mostly carrots and coconut). Bottles are $9. Now that's living green. 1428 W. 32nd St., Mpls.; 612-825-1684; drinktruce.com
