A motorist must have hit one of those isolated slick spots that are out there. The driver on northbound Hwy. 169 slid off the road at Marystown Road in Shakopee. Ahead, things flow at near the posted speeds across the Bloomington Ferry Bridge and all the way up to 394. That is about 20 minutes.
The only minor hassle on the system is a stalled vehicle on the ramp from westbound 694 to Lexington Avenue in the Arden Hills area.
