Ken's Tackle is looking forward to a GREAT opener!
It's only days away and it's a great feeling when the fishing excitement is BACK!
Water temp as of May 6th is 50 degrees. Walleyes should be in that 5 to 20 foot range with minnows being the best choice.
Crawlers and leeches will work good as the temperature rises and we will have a full line of bait and tackle waiting for you!
Ken's Tackle will be open 24 hours on Friday thru Saturday for the "national" holiday! We'll have the lights on and coffee ready - no matter where you come from! Ready to serve you.
See you in a few days and yes - we have Fishing on the Brain!
