THE WIRTH CASE DEFENDANTS

• Jeffrey Wirth, 53, of Plymouth: He was sentenced to 4 1/2 years in federal prison and ordered to pay $6.45 million in restitution after pleading guilty to conspiring to evade federal taxes.

• Holly Damiani, 53, of Minneapolis: Wirth's now ex-wife, she pleaded guilty to a single count of filing a false federal tax return and was sentenced to three months in federal prison. She agreed to cooperate with the government investigation.

• Michael James Murry, 61, of Robbinsdale: He prepared tax returns for the Wirths. He was sentenced to 18 months in federal prison and fined $50,000 for filing a false corporate tax return for the Wirth Cos.

• Paul William Fox, 48, of Coon Rapids: He was sentenced to three years' probation and ordered to pay $33,536 in restitution on a misdemeanor charge involving filing false documents with the Internal Revenue Service.
