Vikings wide receiver Percy Harvin missed a third consecutive day of practice Friday because of a migraine headache and is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against Cincinnati.

Harvin has dealt with migraines at various points this season but this is the first time he has missed an entire week of practice. Harvin, the 22nd pick in the draft by the Vikings last April, has not missed a game this year and is the favorite to win the NFL offensive rookie of the year award.

"It's tough," coach Brad Childress said. "He's certainly behind the 8-ball."

A questionable listing means there is a 50 percent chance that Harvin will play against the Bengals.

Meanwhile, safety Tyrell Johnson was listed as doubtful (25 percent chance of playing) for the Vikings after missing all week of practice because of a concussion and likely will be replaced by rookie Jamarca Sanford.

Cornerback Antoine Winfield, who has missed the past six games because of an injury to his right foot, said this is the week he will return. He is listed as questionable.

Quarterback Brett Favre was added to the injury report on Friday but that was listed as a coach's decision and the veteran is probable.

Also questionable for the Vikings are right tackle Phil Loadholt (shoulder) and cornerbacks Cedric Griffin (neck) and Karl Paymah (knee). Listed as probable are running back Adrian Peterson (foot, ankle); left guard Steve Hutchinson (shoulder); left tackle Bryant McKinnie (ankle); tight end Visanthe Shiancoe (ribs); nose tackle Pat Williams (foot); wide receiver Bernard Berrian (hamstring); and right guard Anthony Herrera (concussion).

As for the Bengals injury report, defensive tackle Domata Peko (knee) and running back Bernard Scott (foot) are out. Safeties Chris Crocker (ankle) and Kyries Hebert (knee) are questionable; cornerback Morgan Trent (knee), center Jonathan Luigs (back) and wide receiver Chad Ochocinco (knee) are probable.

Ochocinco was added to the injury report Friday for a nagging knee injury and underwent treatment earlier this week. However, this isn't expected to slow him Sunday. Crocker is expected to play as well.

Vikings linebacker fined

Vikings linebacker Kenny Onatolu has been fined $5,000 by the NFL for unnecessary roughness for hitting a Cardinals player in the fourth quarter on a kickoff return last Sunday.
