We were sharp enough to essentially guess this three days ago, but we now have confirmation that Vikings General Manager Rick Spielman hasn't, won't and will never ever consider acquiring a certain 35-year-old former receiver who has taken to Ustream.tv to push for his return to the NFL.
That's right, Randy Moss and the Vikings won't be making a SuperFreak III sequel.
"We'll be moving on," Spielman said today during an interview to discuss the draft, free agency and next week's scouting combine.
"Randy was a great player, but we'll focus more on trying to get a younger team."
We'll have more later from Spielman's interview.
