Twins: With White Sox starter Scott Carroll pitching, Danny Santana walked. Brian Dozier singled to center, moving Santana to third. Trevor Plouffe doubled to left, scoring Santana and Dozier. Twins 2, White Sox 0

 

THIRD INNING

Twins: Santana singled to right. Dozier struck out. Santana moved to second on a wild pitch. Plouffe doubled to center, scoring Santana.

Chicago: With Twins starter Yohan Pino pitching, Alejandro De Aza walked. Adrian Nieto struck out. Adam Eaton doubled to left, moving De Aza to third. Gordon Beckham grounded out to second, scoring De Aza.

Twins 3, White Sox 1

 

FOURTH INNING

Twins: Kennys Vargas singled to center. Oswaldo Arcia singled to right, moving Vargas to third. Chris Parmelee grounded into a double play, scoring Vargas.

Chicago: Alexei Ramirez homered to left. Twins 4, White Sox 2

 

SEVENTH INNING

Chicago: Dayan Viciedo singled to center. De Aza reached on a bunt single, moving Viciedo to second. Nieto sacrificed to the pitcher, moving Viciedo to third and De Aza to second. Brian Duensing relieved Pino. Eaton singled to center, scoring Viciedo and De Aza, with Eaton advancing to second on the throw home. Jared Burton relieved Duensing. Beckham doubled to right, scoring Eaton. Jose Abreu was intentionally walked. Adam Dunn lined out to right, moving Beckham to third. Ramirez singled to right, scoring Beckham. White Sox 6, Twins 4

 

EIGHTH INNING

Twins: With White Sox reliever Ronald Belisario pitching, Plouffe singled to right. Josh Willingham was hit by a pitch, moving Plouffe to second. Eduardo Nunez ran for Willingham. Kurt Suzuki singled to right, scoring Plouffe and moving Nunez to second. Jake Petricka relieved Belisario. Vargas grounded out to third, moving Nunez to third and Suzuki to second. Arcia doubled to left, scoring Nunez and Suzuki. Twins 7, White Sox 6
