Minnesota Twin Joe Mauer was joined Thursday by his 8-month-old twins, Emily and Maren, on the field before the day game at Target Field as he accepted an award.
Joe Mauer was honored in a presentation ceremony for winning the Silver Slugger award as the American League catcher with the highest batting average in 2013.
This was the first public appearance by the girls, who also were joined under the sunny spring sky by mom, Maddie.
They were dressed in pink and seemed unfazed by the presence of the fluffy and ever-present TC Bear.
