It has come to our attention that the Orioles acquired ex-Twins 3B from the Red Sox, per this tweet:
So you know what that means, right? As pointed out to us by colleague (and soon-to-be Twins beat writer) Phil Miller, the Orioles could play an infield with three ex-Twins: Valencia at 3rd, J.J. Hardy at short and the recently signed Alexi Casilla at second. A trade for Justin Morneau must be inevitable.
(And don't forget: The O's have Lew Ford, too. What a roster! Their AL playoff appearance in 2012 is coming into full view).
