Michael Rand started RandBall with hopes that he could convince the world to love jumpsuits as much as he does. So far, he's only succeeded in using the word "redacted" a lot. He welcomes suggestions, news tips, links of pure genius, and pictures of pets in Halloween costumes here, though he already knows he will regret that last part.

TFD: Joe Mauer finishes 19th in AL MVP race; Cabrera wins

Posted by: Michael Rand under Professional baseball, Twins fans Updated: November 15, 2012 - 6:02 PM

Math was the big winner in the race for 19th place in the AL MVP voting. Joe Mauer -- who had a better WAR than Josh Willingham -- was the lone Twins player to get any votes, picking up an 8th and three 10ths (La Velle!).

In a side note, Miguel Cabrera took home 22 of 28 first-place votes to win the award.

You can see the full voting right here.
