Has Wolves' trade hit a snag?

Are there problems with the three-team trade between the Wolves, New Orleans and Phoenix?
Perhaps.

According to a story in the Arizona Republic written by Paul Coro, some speed bumps have come up.

The deal the teams agreed upon had Robin Lopez and Hakim Warrick going from Phoenix to New Orleans. Wes Johnson and a lottery-protected first round pick (the pick that Memphis owes Minnesota via Houston) and Brad Miller’s contract would go to the Suns. The Wolves would get multiple second-round picks from New Orleans. The Wolves would then turn around and, using the savings from having shed Johnson’s $4.3 million salary, would sign Andrei Kirilenko.
According to the report in the Arizona Republic, the biggest remaining issue is making sure the trade parameters meet with NBA rules in order to get league approval.
Given that all the teams are committed to making the deal, I believe they will find a way to get the deal done and get the league’s approval.
