Jordan Crockett of Apple Valley is preparing for life after high school. He concluded his prep career as a member of the Eagles' state championship 4x100 relay team at the Class 2A boys' track meet. Here is a closer look at Crockett, who also played football and basketball in high school:

The best movie I've seen in the last year? "Transformers 3."

Three songs I never skip on my iPod are ... "Congratulations" by Drake; "Over" by Drake; "I Do It" by Big Sean.

Three words my friends or teammates might use to describe me? Loud; funny; accountable.

Favorite meal before a game or race? Sunny side up egg and bacon.

How did you get started playing the sport or sports you play now in high school? My parents put me in football, basketball and track in around second and third grade, so I have been playing those sports for a while.

At my first varsity practice, I felt ... anxious and nervous.

What was your most memorable moment as a high school athlete? Winning the 4x100 at state.

What are your college plans in the fall? I will be attending either Wisconsin-River Falls or Central Lakes (Brainerd) junior college.

In 10 years, I hope I'm ... an accomplished athlete and a successful businessman with a wife and kids.

What is the best sports advice you ever received? My dad told me that if you hustle and give 110 percent every time you play, the coach won't be able to keep you out of the game.
