Eastbound 94 from Cedar Avenue to Hwy. 280 continues to sputter as a noise wall painting project and a crash has the right lane blocked in Minneapolis.
A disabled semitrailer truck has the ramp from eastbound Hwy. 212 to Shady Oak Road blocked, and that's got traffic jammed and spilling onto the highway. Prepare for a sudden slow down approaching the interchange.
Road work is back on northbound Hwy. 55/Hwy. 52 in Inver Grove Heights. The road is down to one lane until 1 p.m. today from roughly Argenta Trail up to Concord. There also are lane closures on Hwy. 55 in the area of Hwy. 149, so plan on extra time there.
