Dubbed "Catalyst" to underscore its creativity-sparking mission, the Fair Trade and organic – of course -- java is supplied and locally roasted by Morningstar Coffee. A one-pound bag of this "transformative brew," available in the shop or online, costs $13.99, with proceeds supporting Walker programs. It will be also served at the Walker's restaurants, natch. What next? We hotly anticipate the multidisciplinary club sandwich, oversized flatware designed by Claes Oldenburg and Henri le Chat Noir's Ennui-scented kitty litter.
