The former Maggiano's Little Italy restaurant space at Southdale, vacant for about two years, will soon become a Buffalo Wild Wings, according to Mid-America Real Estate-Minnesota LLC.
Buffalo Wild Wings signed a lease for 6,500 square feet space. Mid-America's Principal/Senior Vice President Stefanie Meyer and Senior Retail Specialist Johnny Reimann represented the tenant in the transaction.
Known for its wings (of course), beer and sports-friendly environment, Golden Valley-based BWW currently has 20 locations in the Twin Cities.
