Thursday's morning commute went fairly smooth for those who had to go to work or school since traffic levels remained at holiday levels.

Roads were in good condition, but ramps and bridge decks did have slippery spots as witnessed by a couple of rollovers this morning. On occurred at 15 minutes ago on the ramp from Johnson Street to southbound 35W.

We also had one on the ramp from Lake Drive to southbound 35W in the Blaine/Lino Lakes area. Even though ramps look clear, icy spots are lurking so keep the speeds down.

Currently we have two separate wrecks on westbound 94. The first is at Cretin Avenue and the second is approaching Hwy. 280. Both are blocking the right lane and shoulder.

On Hwy. 280, a crash at Territorial Road (near I-94) has southbound traffic bound up from Broadway. That trip will take a while so patience needed.
