7:55 a.m. update: Still tough on 35W in north metro

A wreck that took out the left lane on southbound 35W at County 96 has been gone for about 20 minutes, but you would not know that if you are stuck in traffic. Things have not loosened up much, and it's bumper to bumper from Lake Drive down to County Road E2.   That can set you back 30 minutes.

And adding to the woes, a new wreck at County Road E in the left lane.

Eastbound Hwy. 10 is still plugged up from Hwy. 65 over to 35W.  Not much relief up in the north.

In the south, Cedar Avenue is the hotspot. A wreck taking out the left lane near Cliff Road is jamming traffic back to McAndrews Road.  Traffic is getting by only in the right lane.
