A crash that has been blocking two lanes of westbound 94 at Hwy. 52 in St. Paul for more than an hour has finally cleared out. Up to eight vehicles were involved, according to MnDOT.
Massive delays continue as it created gridlock conditions as far back as 694. It's still 30 to 40 minutes to downtown St. Paul.
Elsewhere, there is word of stall blocking on the ramp from Hwy. 610 to southbound Hwy. 252.
It's bumper to bumper on northbound Cedar Avenue from 138th Street up to 494. A wreck at Cliff Road is contributing to the delays.
