Tile Shop Holdings, Plymouth, named Chris Homeister chief operating officer. Homeister was the general manager and senior vice president of Best Buy’s entertainment business group and has worked for Gateway and Amoco.

Northern Trust, Minneapolis, named Jason Schuller wealth strategist.
