I'm watching northbound 694 from 40th Street to Hwy. 36 is tight and much slower than usual. That is costing you an extra 5 minutes. Ahead, look for slowing through the work zone from Lexington Avenue to 35W.
Northbound 35E is struggling from County Road 42 up to 494. That is 18 minutes.
A wreck on westbound 94 at Mounds Blvd. is adding to congestion. From McKnight Road to downtown St. Paul is 12 minutes. It's another 15 to reach downtown Minneapolis.
Look for activity on Old Cedar Avenue and American Blvd. in Bloomington. Extrication is being requested.
