ORANGE BEACH, Ala. — A Louisiana teenager is dead after falling 16 stories into the pool at a beachfront condominium in Alabama.
Orange Beach police say 18-year-old Challenge Talbot of Thibodaux, La., was found dead about 3:45 a.m. Friday.
Authorities say Talbot fell from a balcony on the 16th floor at Turquoise Place Condominiums and landed in the water.
A couple walking by the pool found the body. Police say there were no witnesses, but they're still investigating.
Authorities plan an autopsy.
