NEW YORK — Police say four women and four men have been shot at a party in Brooklyn, but all are expected to recover from their injuries.
NYPD Sgt. Thomas Antonetti says the condition of a woman previously listed as critical has improved, and she's now stable.
Police say someone began shooting at a house party around 1 a.m. Sunday following a dispute. Antonetti says none of the victims was struck more than once. They were transported to three different hospitals.
Antonetti says the shooting started after someone was either asked to leave the party or never allowed to enter. He says it was unclear how many people fired shots.
Police say no arrests have been made and no suspects identified.
