7:40 a.m. update: Road work, precip, slowing traffic on 94 in east metro

The mixed bag of precipitation - snow, rain and freezing rain - combined with road work is quickly slowing the drive on westbound 94 from Manning Avenue over to Mounds Blvd.

The mixed bag of precipitation - snow, rain and freezing rain - combined with road work is quickly slowing the drive on westbound 94 from Manning Avenue over to Mounds Blvd.

Two lanes are closed from 694 to Century Avenue.

In Minneapolis, the delays on northbound 35W extend back to Diamond Lake Road. The culprit is a stall at 35th Street.
