NEW YORK - Stocks that moved substantially or traded heavily Thursday on the New York Stock Exchange and the Nasdaq Stock Market:
PVH Corp., down $5.98 at $106.81
The clothing company's Warnaco acquisition will need more investments than it anticipated, which will weigh on its earnings this year.

The maker of steel and metal products said its second-quarter net income fell 84 percent as its overseas performance weakened.

The high-tech contractor forecast fiscal second-quarter earnings below what Wall Street analysts were expecting.
