During the past month, I have received letters from both the Romney and Obama campaigns requesting financial support.
The Romney contribution envelope provides the following suggested levels of giving: "$250, $500, $1,000, $2,500, $5,000, $10,000, $25,000, $50,000, Other$__, The Maximum $75,000."
The Obama letter suggests these levels of giving: "$25, $50, $100, Other $___."
It's obvious to me which one of these candidates is in touch with the middle class.
