The pundits may say that Mitt Romney has written off Minnesota, but that isn't stopping GOP vice presidential candidate Paul Ryan from coming to the Twin Cities next weekend to raise some cash. The Wisconsin congressman is scheduled at a $25,000 per couple dinner Oct. 13 at the Solera restaurant and event center in Minneapolis. General reception cost is $1,000 per person. A VIP photo reception costs $2,500 a head. A Romney Victory Founding Membership is $50,000 per person. The fundraiser is a joint effort of the Republican National Committee (RNC), the Romney campaign, and several other state and national GOP committees.
