Burton, Stephen J. age 63, of Bloomington, passed away July 15, 2015 of natural causes. Preceded in death by his father Donald James Burton. Steve spent his entire professional career as a labor attorney at Felhaber, Larson. Steve completed his undergraduate from the University of Minnesota summa cum laude, & received his J.D. from William Mitchell School of Law, cum laude. Steve loved what he did for a living, but more importantly loved the people he worked with. Survived by his mother, Ruth; son, Stephen; daughter, Michelle (Dan) Kersten; grandchildren, Ben and Sydney Kersten; and friends. Steve will be remembered for his great sense of humor, kind nature, and big heart. His spirit lives on in the hearts of those who knew him.
