Baxter, Richard M. age 72, of Blaine. Preceded by daughter: Sandra K. Baxter and parents: Marvin and Beatrice Baxter. Survived by loving daughters: Susan and Sara Baxter, special friends, Kerry (Jerry) Soban, Thomas (Kathy) Myers, Gene (Donna) Hageman, Gene Philippi and SLP Lions Club members and Pooh (cat) and a host of many other friends. Member of Spring Lake Park Lions Club and he loved to volunteer and serve the community. He donated twenty-two gallons of blood to the Mpls. VA and was a MNDOT employee for thirty-three years. Also he was an avid MN Vikings and MN Twins Fan. Funeral service at KOZLAK-RADULOVICH BLAINE CHAPEL 107th Ave. NE & Hwy #65 Wednesday at 10:30 AM with visitation one hour prior.
