Holz, Margaret M. age 88, of Bloomington, passed away peacefully into the Lord's arms on April 14, 2015 on her husband's birthday. Preceded in death by parents, William and Margaret Coy; husband, Robert; and brother, William Coy. She is survived by children, Nancy (Chuck) Nelson, Betty (Daryl) Holz-Bergmann, Bob (Terry Thelmann) Holz, Bill (Nancy) Holz, Janine (Scott) Olson, Peggy Holz; 10 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; sisters, Rosemary (Peter) Anderson, Dorothy Tarleton and sister-in-law, Jean Coy; many nieces and nephews. Marge was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grand mother, sister and friend. She was happiest spending time with her family, and watching the birds & deer in her backyard. She was a voracious reader and worker of crossword puzzles. She retained her quick wit, sharp mind and sense of humor. She started her career during WWII in the Navy Student Nurse Corp. Marge worked as an RN in the Emergency Department at both Fairview Southdale and Fairview Ridges. She made many cherished friendships and mentored many new nurses. She was also an inspiration to two daughters who followed her footsteps in nursing. Our thanks to the staff at MN Masonic Home who made her last year joyful. In lieu of flowers, memorials to MN Masonic Home. Memorial Mass Monday, April 20, 1:00 PM with visitation 1 hour prior to Mass at Pax Christi Catholic Church, 12100 Pioneer Trail, Eden Prairie.
