Wolfe, Norbert "Tom" Age 87, of Eden Prairie, passed away on November 19, 2014. Preceded in death by father, Clayton, mother, Josephine, brothers, Bob and Ed, and sister, Mary Agnes. Survived by wife of 61 years, Blanche (Granheim), brother, Leo, children, Dan (Carol) Wolfe, Monica (Dave) Kilber, Sara (Brad) Kay, and Teresa (Ed) Luterbach, 14 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, as well as extended family and friends. Tom was born in Montevideo, MN on Dec. 1, 1926 and graduated from Montevideo High School. He served in the Merchant Marines and US Army. In 1950 Tom graduated from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design, and began his career as an Industrial Designer. He worked at Tumico (St. James, MN), Harold W.Darr Associates (MN), Henry Dreyfuss (CA), Univac (MN) and retired in 1987 after 25 years with Honeywell. He was a skilled woodworker, craftsman, and artist, and shared his gifts with his family, Habitat for Humanity, and Bridging, Inc. A celebration of Tom's life will be held at St. Joan of Arc Church, 4537 - 3rd Ave. S., Minneapolis, MN 55419, on Saturday, Nov. 29, 2014 at 2:00pm. Visitation 1 hour prior to service, dessert and coffee following. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to St. Joan of Arc Care Fund or Bridging, Inc.
