Phillips, William 87 of Columbia Heights, passed away October 23, 2014. He is survived by his children, Debra, Rick, Doug (Ann), Tom; grandchildren, Andrew, Trevor, Maria, Emily, Brogan, Cullen, Jessica; great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Cody; siblings, Carol and Banda. He is preceded in death by his wife and siblings. Service will be held on Wednesday, October 29, 2014 at St. Williams Catholic Church, 6120 5th St NE, at 11 AM with a visitation 1 hour prior to service.
