Witherspoon Frances M. Witherspoon (nee Brown), age 89, went home to be with the Lord on Feb 22, 2003. Survived by nine children: Juan (Donald) Turner, Patricia Lott, Eleanor Hunsberger, Gloria Witherspoon, Shirley (Russell) Lindstrom, Harvey D. Jr. (Lorraine), Duane (Sarah), Diane and Nell Witherspoon (Michael Munson); 32 grandchildren; many great and great-great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends. The wake will be held at Estes Funeral Chapel, 2200 Plymouth Ave. North, Mpls. on Fri. 2/28 from 6-8 pm, and services will be held at Zion Baptist Church, 621 Elwood Ave., Minneapolis at 12:00 noon on Sat., March 1. Interment Crystal Lake Cemetery.
