Archambeau, Jerome F. "Jerry" age 69, passed away unexpected- ly, but peacefully in his sleep due to heart failure on July 28, 2014. A proud graduate of Cretin H.S. ('63) and St. Mary's University ('67), where he displayed his skills as a hockey goalie. Retired after many years in the sales/marketing field where he garnered the respect and friendship of all. His love of family was his heart and soul, his true passion. He was a devoted super hero to and constant champion of his beloved children and grandchildren, teaching them the pure and simple joys of cabin life at Farm Island Lake-catching a walleye or playing golf. His quick wit, integrity and desire to make a difference touched innumerable lives. His memory will be forever cherished. Preceded in death by parents, Marcella and Bill; infant son; brother, Bill; niece, Michelle Geheren; mother and father-in-law, Anne and Harold Pederson. Survived by loving wife of 46 fun filled years, Judy; children, Paul (Nicole), Paige Safranski; grandchildren, Ben, Isaac, Autumn, Norah, Paul, Jack; sisters Barb (Tom) Geheren, Margaret (Bob) Korman; sister-in-law, Gerry; Judy's sisters, Barb (Ken) Hogg, Carol (Dick) Olsen, Jane (Byron) Greger- son, Mary (Ted) Koenecke; many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Mass of Christian Burial Friday 10 AM at the Church of the Nativity of Mary, 9900 Lyndale Ave S, Bloomington, MN.
