Schwartz (nee Scanlan), Marcile F. age 91, of Minnetonka, passed away Nov. 1, 2017. Preceded in death by husband of 64 years, George, son Paul, and sisters, Doris and Audrey. Retired Foreign Language paraprofessional for Hopkins High School. She is survived by daughters, Mary (Lloyd) Bullen, Nancy (Scott) Haugdahl; son, Jim (Stacia Starr); daughter-in-law, Jackie Drolet, and several nieces and nephews. She was grandmother extraordinaire to grandchildren Robert, Rebecca, David, Daniel, Matthew, Rin and Nick, and great grandchildren Mikayla, Brooke, Olivia, Emily, Blake, Katelyn, and Cooper. A special thanks for the loving and compassionate care she received from the staff at The Glenn, Minnetonka. Memorial mass on Dec. 27 at 10:30am, St. Hubert's Catholic Community, 8201 Main St., Chanhassen. Visitation one hour prior to service. Luncheon to follow service. Private interment Ft. Snelling National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Feed My Starving Children or to The Glenn Minnetonka Benevolence Fund.
